Our aim is to help you choose the perfect property for you and to make the selection as easy a process as possible.

Once you have selected a property please contact us immediately and we will check availability for your requested dates and make a provisional reservation on your behalf. When we have confirmed that it is available, a confirmation invoice will be sent to you together with a booking form and following our receipt of the completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost a binding contract between you and the owner of the property comes into existence and the property is secured for you.

The balance of the payment must be received by us not less than 60 days prior to your arrival at the property.
